1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
- "plwin" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to plwin.org, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, and licensors operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://plwin.org.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the plwin platform for any purpose.
- "Account" — the registered user profile held by a Player on the plwin platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and personal data.
- "Bet" / "Wager" — any amount of real money staked by a Player on any game or event offered by plwin.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive granted by plwin to a Player subject to applicable Terms.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance.
- "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates plwin's operations.
- "PHP" / "₱" — Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the operating currency of the plwin platform.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
- "Terms" — these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on plwin.org.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the plwin platform, clicking "Register," creating an account, or placing any bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of plwin and, if registered, request account closure via the support channel.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plwin under Philippine law. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the plwin brand, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, bingo fishing, Monster Dice, and any future products added to the plwin portfolio.
3 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use a plwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.
- You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines or another jurisdiction where accessing online gambling operated under a PAGCOR license is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a citizen or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from plwin or any affiliated platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of plwin or any of its software, payment, or game providers.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to update that information promptly if it changes.
plwin reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing reasons. Account registration creates a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform subject to these Terms.
4 Account Responsibilities
Each Player is solely responsible for the security and activity of their plwin account. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:
- One Account Limit: Each individual may hold only one active plwin account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — constitute multi-accounting and will result in all accounts being suspended and associated balances voided.
- Credential Security: You must keep your plwin login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. plwin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- Accurate Information: All personal information provided at registration and during KYC must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information — including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral under applicable Philippine law.
- Notification Duty: You must promptly notify plwin's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or identify any transaction on your account you did not authorize.
- Account Non-Transferability: plwin accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
5 Deposits & Payments
plwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. plwin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
- Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
- Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion fees are charged by plwin; applicable bank or e-wallet fees from the Player's financial institution are outside plwin's control.
- plwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the plwin account. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources are subject to immediate reversal and account investigation.
- Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account or in excess of intended amounts — should be reported to support immediately. plwin will endeavor to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of all misdirected funds.
- plwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework.
GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your plwin balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. If your deposit has not reflected after this period, please contact plwin support with your transaction reference number.
6 Withdrawals & KYC Verification
Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances subject to the following conditions:
- KYC Completion Required: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player's account has successfully completed Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (acceptable forms include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID) and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily/weekly withdrawal caps are published in the plwin Cashier section and subject to change.
- Wagering Requirements: Balances composed entirely or partly of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. plwin's Cashier clearly distinguishes between bonus balance and withdrawable real-money balance.
- Withholding Rights: plwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, Terms violations, incomplete KYC, or compliance review. Players under active investigation will be notified within 5 business days of a hold being placed on their account.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
plwin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and game-specific free spins. The following general terms apply to all plwin bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion terms state a different multiplier. Wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of bonus credit, after which the bonus and any associated winnings expire automatically.
- Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20% of each bet toward wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Monster Dice contributes 100%. Specific rates are published on the promotion's detail page.
- Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed income. plwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
- Players suspected of exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns designed to game wagering requirements — may have their bonus forfeited and accounts reviewed.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this limitation through multi-accounting constitutes bonus abuse.
- plwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
8 Gaming Rules & Fairness
plwin is committed to offering fair, transparent, and independently verified gaming experiences to all Filipino players.
All games available on the plwin platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and dice games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Technology, Asia Gaming, and others. These studios operate certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by recognized testing laboratories.
- Live dealer games stream in real time from certified studios. Physical card shuffles, wheel spins, and dice rolls occur on camera and cannot be algorithmically manipulated by plwin or the studio.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed on the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
- In the event of a technical fault — including disconnection during an active bet, game engine error, or server interruption — plwin's policy is to follow the game provider's official game rules. Bets may be voided and stakes returned at plwin's discretion where the outcome cannot be definitively determined.
- plwin does not alter, manipulate, or in any way interfere with game outcomes. Attempts to identify perceived patterns, glitches, or exploits in game systems to gain an unfair advantage constitute a Terms violation.
Players who believe a game result was incorrect may submit a formal dispute via plwin's support channel within 72 hours of the contested round. Disputes received after this window may not be investigated due to data retention limitations.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plwin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
- Creating or operating more than one plwin account, whether under the same or different identities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, including for wagering, bonus farming, or data scraping.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer environments.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or unintended game mechanics to gain financial advantage.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other financial crime using the plwin platform in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
- Accessing plwin from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other IP masking technology.
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing plwin accounts or account balances.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing plwin staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
plwin reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts involved in prohibited conduct, void associated balances, and report relevant information to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the plwin platform — including but not limited to the plwin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface, software code, game content, marketing materials, and any other creative or technical work — is the exclusive property of plwin or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use plwin for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any plwin content without prior written consent from plwin.
- Game content — including game art, audio, mechanics, and software — is licensed to plwin by the respective game provider. Your use of games does not grant you any rights in the underlying intellectual property.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to plwin become the property of plwin without compensation obligation and may be used at plwin's discretion.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plwin's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
- plwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
- plwin does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
- plwin is not liable for losses arising from delays, errors, or failures in third-party payment processing systems, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, or BPI network outages beyond plwin's reasonable control.
- Internet connectivity quality and the performance of a Player's device and network are the Player's sole responsibility. plwin is not liable for gaming losses attributable to disconnection or latency on the Player's side.
12 Responsible Gaming
plwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gaming at plwin should always be an entertainment activity conducted within personal financial means.
plwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the Account Settings section:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps. Limits take immediate effect upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after modification.
- Session Time Limits: Players may configure play session duration reminders that notify them when a set time has elapsed since login.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may activate a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
- Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding players of session duration and net win/loss are available as an opt-in feature.
plwin staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. Accounts displaying indicators of gambling harm may be flagged for responsible gaming review. In such cases, plwin may contact the Player, apply temporary cooling-off periods, or refer the Player to professional support services.

13 Suspension & Termination
plwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by plwin upon request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal conduct.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
- Death of the account holder — in which case plwin will follow the estate's legal representative's instructions subject to required documentation.
Upon account termination for cause, plwin may void any remaining bonus balance and may withhold real-money balance pending investigation completion. Real-money balances not implicated in any violation will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time following investigation completion.
Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by submitting a closure request via live chat or email to support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balances at time of voluntary closure will be disbursed to the Player's verified payment method.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the plwin platform shall be first submitted to plwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. plwin commits to responding to formal disputes within 10 business days.
Disputes not resolved at the internal level may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players retain the right to pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law after exhausting the PAGCOR escalation process.
For matters subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, the decisions of PAGCOR's adjudicating body shall be final and binding on both plwin and the Player, subject only to judicial review under Philippine administrative law.
15 Amendments to Terms
plwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players through one or more of the following methods: platform notification banner, email notification to the registered address, or prominent announcement on the plwin homepage.
Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after publication unless the change is required on shorter notice due to regulatory requirements, security concerns, or legal obligations, in which case the change takes effect on the date of publication.
Continued use of the plwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept a material amendment should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure without penalty.
